Here's a first look at the Motto Downtown Bentonville hotel slated to open in 2022.  

According to Hospitality Net, the 175-room hotel will feature an indoor bike garage, coffee bar, restaurant and a unique outdoor bar patio and backyard perfect for live music and gatherings.

A January article in Talk Business & Politics-Statewide explains the micro-hotel will be located at 223 S. Main Street in #DowntownBentonville.
