It started with an idea, a social media community, and a whole lot of DMs.

Today, NWA Girl Gang is an engaged collective of women and nonbinary individuals in Northwest Arkansas dedicated to celebrating diversity and empowering all voices in the community.  

We grabbed ice cream with four leaders of NWA Girl Gang and discussed how the group began, where it's going, and how others can get involved.
