Pinwheels for Prevention is an awareness campaign held during National Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Month to amplify the issue of child sexual and physical abuse.
The Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County kicked off the campaign in #DowntownBentonville on April 2nd, and more than 15,000 pinwheels have been on display across Benton County throughout the entire month.
Each pinwheel represents a local child's personal story.
Our AMPLIFY series focuses on amplifying all voices in our community, especially those most vulnerable among us. We encourage all members of our community to speak up if a child is in danger.
If you suspect child abuse and neglect in Arkansas, please call 1-844-SAVE-A-CHILD (1-844-728-3224).
